Where can I buy your tea?
Currently we are based online and frequent the Adelaide & Adelaide Hills markets. If you keep an eye out on our Facebook, Instagram, and or our Homepage. We will keep it up to date on where we will next physically be.

Where does your tea come from?
All our teas come from a variety of Australian herbal wholesalers.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
At Queko. We try our best to be as ECO-FRIENDLY as possible. Our tea bag pouches are made with MOPP/PET/LLDPE – this means the bags are made from Linear Low-Density Polyethylene and does not have a foil lining making them recyclable. Our mailers are paper envelopes and cardboard making them recyclable.
Our thank you notes and business cards are made with uncoated recycle paper.
The tea/product I want is out of stock?
We are incredibly sorry that you missed out on the item you wanted. Keep an eye on the website for returns, selected re-stocks, or once off re-prints/items. Signing up to our email or following on one of our social media keeps you in the loop (& also be the first to know when a new item will be dropped)
How do I make my tea last?
Keep it in a cool, dry place. Preferably in an airtight container that sun cannot reach through.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, we do provide gift cards. To keep our business as ECO-FRIENDLY as possible. All gift cards are electronically supplied through the provided email address given. If its a gift card for someone else and you want it to be sent to them – make sure you fill out the form below the gift card of the recipients email, name, and choose the date you want it to be sent (ie; birthday, Christmas etc etc)

Does Queko do wholesale?
Yes and No. We are still a small business at the moment but send us a message through our contact page and we will get back to you.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and understand that cases may rise that you changed your mind or not satisfied with your product. You have a 30 day return window from the date of delivery. If you wish to return something please contact us through the contact us page.
- Must be shipped to us within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
- Item/s must still have original packaging.
- Proof of purchase.
- Item/s must be in original condition (tea pouches unopened)
- Returns to only be approved upon filling out the application above.

Under the conditions of Australian Consumer Law and similar legislation. The customers is responsible for all shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.
For optimal security; additional tracking and insurance is highly recommend.
Keep proof of postage (receipts, tracking numbers etc) until you have received confirmation that the returns process is complete.
If the package does not reach us safely then we will not be able to complete the refund.
If the item is not what was described per our communication and within the requirements to accept returns. We will not able to complete the refund.
We do not refund for shipping charges for returned items. The refund will solely be on the cost of the returned item/s.
